The Ascend Process
Consultation
Over the phone or in person, your initial consultation will help Dr. Jacob understand your goals and concerns and obtain a detailed assessment of your medical history. After the initial consultation, we will be able to determine the best course of treatment for you to achieve your goals.
Personalized Therapy
At Ascend MD, we value your individuality and are committed to providing you with what you need to achieve high performance living based on your health history and your specific areas of concern. We will develop a personalized therapy plan for you that will be tailored to your individual needs and desires for a healthier, happier way of life.
Follow Up
Many of our IV protocols require multiple visits so you will be followed closely during those therapies. Once you’ve finished your individual protocol then follow-ups will be scheduled by phone as needed with Dr. Jacob.
